I got my serve card about 7 days ago, was able to load using my FIA Amex CC. (I loaded different amounts: $100, $120, $140). For the last 2 days when I tried to load $90, I keep getting the error:

We're sorry - we are unable to complete your add funds request at this time. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-555-4318 so that we may help you with your request.
I called CS and they said that they could not find a problem on the serve side, the CC company might be blocking the purchase. I'm going to call them up and find out. Anyone else experience this with FIA Amex CC?
