I think the answer to the question partly depends on whether you want your room to be in the concourse you arrive in or depart from. As, for example, I've arrived at B on an A380, establishing this with certainty may be difficult.

My understanding is that the smallest rooms are in A, the largest in C (with B somewhere in between) if this matters to you.
