So, my wife doesn't know her PASS ID number from her Global Entry. We were going to try to use it for PreCheck tomorrow.
She got Global Entry before the Global Entry card existed (she has only the sticker in her passport), so she doesn't know her PASS ID.
The GOES website suggests logging in to one's account to find the PASS ID. We tried logging in with the credentials that she has, only to get the following error:
Your GOES account is no longer active. Please register again to create a new account.
Ok, fine. So we go to create a new account:
Have you ever applied for Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, U.S. / Mexico FAST, U.S. / Canada FAST program(s) ?
Yep, and then:
Membership Number, FAST ID, or FLUX Membership Number is required if you answered Yes to the question.
Uh oh. In order to get the piece of information that we need, it looks like we need to first create an account and in doing so, provide the piece of information that we need.
Any idea?
