On the first, shortly after midnight tried to load the BB with a VR. Tried again with same card around dawn. Both times said was empty. (Second card loaded fine on second attempt). Called in, jumped thru the hoops, send copies of everything they said they wanted, said I would hear in 72 hours. Called this am bc card has not reloaded. Now more hoops, including my drivers license or passport, a second email address, more copies of things I already sent and a moronic cs rep who insisted on pronouncing my name incorrectly , even though I corrected her every time she did it, plus elevator music so loud my family said they could hear it upstairs even when phone not on speaker. If they didn't have my $500 I would call it quits.
