Has anyone been credited miles flying on a W class ticket ?

I phone Miles & Smiles twice today.

- One agent told me I would not get miles for promotional fare, classes W and T
- Another agent told me, all international flights would get me miles.

Which agent should I believe ?

I am planning to fly Paris to Istanbul W class return …. to reach 25K miles within one year and get my Elite Status extended 2 years … so it is of utmost importance to me to know if miles will be credited or not !
