An MBA plus nearly 20 years experience? That makes him a tool? No. I dont think so. Perhaps if he had gotten the MBA then been promoted directly, maybe. But somebody who over 20 years has risen through the ranks and succeeded in increasingly higher level positions? Sorry. Just because it may be popular to bash MBAs does not make this person a tool.
