I don't think anyone here can say for certain if it would show up or not when being screened by a TSA Strip Search Machine. If it doesn't show then you home free. If it does you will at a minimum get a localized groping. You can go for the Nude-O-Scope and see what happens or just Opt Out and go straight for the grope.
