I was on Juneau or Medfra street when it happened. What I saw was a plane not gaining lift. It hit a power line and then I heard a loud bang as it hit a warehouse and saw a plume of smoke. It sounded like an artillery shell hit the building. IIRC they claimed or radioed that they were losing power. So it could have been overloaded
