I don't think so. Any lot would be somewhat far from the terminals, outside the "toll" booths. Since there is lots of terminal parking, you just go there. You usually have to pay anyway, don't you? I recall there was a certain time you could park for free. Like 30 minutes? Maybe an hour? Dunno if that is still the case.
