Are BA normally so slow transferring Oneworld Avios and Tier?
I sent a proof of JAL boarding to BA 3 weeks ago, have followed up with 3 emails and 2 phone calls.
Still nothing from BA.
I am just being impatient, should I expect it to take months?
Just over a week ago I took 3 flights with AA, I thought they would automatically hit my account as they had my BAEC FF number associated with them, but no, I have had to make a claim.
Why do BA treat their best customers in this manner?
Why do I bother looking for Oneworld flights when it is such a pain to get rewarded for them.
If I got all my points and miles I would be Gold for my next trip to NYC in a week and may be able to upgrade to First, but that looks very unlikely given the snail pace that the BAEC works at.
What a shame such a positive experience of the airline can be cancelled out by shoddy people and process behind the scenes.
