UA/LH codeshare 3 PNRs
I've not seen this before.

Booked via UA, flying:

ORD/FRA on UA
FRA/NAP on LH
FLR/MUC on LH
MUC/ORD on LH

Besides the PNR for the UA flight, I have 2 LH PNRs

One shows all the flights, and allowed me to choose seats for FRA/NAP and FLR/MUC but not MUC/ORD.

The other shows only FLR/MUC and MUC/ORD, and I was able to choose seats for MUC/ORD there.

Should I be concerned that 2 of the 3 LH flights are showing under 2 PNRs? Did UA double book us?

I also just noticed that on UA I have one ticket number for each of us, one ending in 28 and one in 30. This same number is on one of LH PNRs, but the other has the form xxx27-28 and xxx29-30.
