I recently started using my serve account and have done the following transactions:
Loaded Via CC in November for 275 with 2 separate loads.
Used the card for a couple cheap purchases.
Used a zero fee ATM to remove $100 cash
Made 2 more ~$150 CC loads using the same credit card I always have
Used Bill Pay to pay off different CC then what I am using to load the card
Made a purchase last night, went through fine.
Tried to load ~100 dollars today and got a message to call customer service.
Am I going to have my Serve Account shut down, and if so what should I tell CSR when I call in?
Any advise would be helpful.
