You must be on regional aircraft, Long haul aircraft such as the A340, A380 & 77W have 1-2-1.
In addition:
-The SQ regional 777-300s have the long-haul 1x2x1 F product, though J is regional 2x2x2.
-Select SQ 777-200s have been refitted to feature the 1x2x1 J product
