You'd be much better off with an Olympus E-PM2, which uses a newest generation Sony sensor. Also, you can't add a viewfinder to the GF6, and you can with the E-PM2. For me, that's an important feature.
As for your question concerning the Sony NEX models, I personally would pay more for a NEX-6, because I personally need a viewfinder. But if you don't, the NEX-3 would be fine for you. And all of the NEX cameras have interchangeable lenses, and you could certainly get a 50-200mm long telephoto if you wanted one, and swap lenses with the standard 16-50mm lens.
Olympus E-PM2 definitely looks interesting.
