It used to work like that boarding at JER. Load Economy via the rear door, then open the door from the BA Lounge to the Gate and board Business via the front.

How I laughed on the last trip when a 'Premium' pax inserted himself into the moving Economy line for boarding, only to find the front steps were roped off
