With all the posts on tracking, I realize I need to add some additional tracking to my spreadsheets as I start to up my levels beyond the 3 BB I control.

Do most people keep track of all BB transactions in and out? Once I've loaded a VR to BB, I haven't read of any issues with BB freezing funds for bill pays being too fast or whatever. I can see with MVD and others why you'd want to document everything and keep everything but BB has statements if you need documentation for any type of bank/governmental intrusion. So I'm questioning the utility of keeping a massive amount of evidence/documentation for BB activities.
