As a kid growing up my Dad was a captain on BA and I always saw BA the pinnacle of airlines, but I don't know if that is just bias from the environment I was in, perhaps some of the more ahem..."experienced"... folk on this board can comment! Now if BA used "the world's favorite airline" they would get done for false advertising!
