Nothing scientific, just a thread to start some arguments, I know its kinda vague but I'm interested.
I think a lot of the carriers that you mentioned + OZ/KE are much better than most legacy carriers (UA,AA,DL, BA and etc) just due to the fact that I think the products F and J are far more superior as well as the service (staff training especially) are more ingrained into their everyday behaviors.
