I've also stayed at the T1 location once. There are two, one in Concourse C in T1 (where UA976 arrives) and one in T3, connected to T1 but quite a hike. It's a typical airport transit hotel, nice but small rooms. It is full service and offered free wifi for guests when I stayed there last year. Nice quiet bar in the T1 Lobby. You could hear faint concourse announcements, but it wasn't annoying. The nice thing is arriving passengers do not have to clear Immigrations and Customs to get to the hotel, just a quick security check at the transit area. Meal options are room service, at the bar or any of the restaurants in the terminal, including the food court just below the hotel.
