One important thing to bear in mind is that if you ever change you BA card (i.e. upgrading to the PP or downgrading to the regular) the account number that you need to make payments to from your online banking facility also changes. Calling Amex is the way to get the new number and as always with online banking it might be best to send a small amount through first to check it is working.
