VR is more helpful than BB in general. Ask a VR supervisor to place a conference call with you and a BB supervisor. Get the name of the supervisors on both sides. The CSRs answering the phone are as dumb as rocks, so you NEED to go through a supervisor unless you like to wait and wait and....

That's what I did a year ago in December when I had the same problem and the issue was resolved within 24 hours!
