I can't find the BA AMEX thread so sorry for starting a new one.

I'm new to BA AMEX - can any of the more experinced users tell me if you can pay your bill as an online bill payment from your own bank (As opposed to using your debit card on their website)

I prefer transfers as they are quicker and there is a ref point on your statement straightaway.

I've searched the AMEX website and tried to call but there is a 20 min wait....
