I'd like to use a card at Sam's Club and even though I can buy GC with non-MC I'd rather just use a credit card. I saw that Quicksilver is available in MC, but is for those with poor credit scores and has an annual fee. I currently have the BOA Travelcard Visa that gives 1.65/$ as my backup, but if there is something else in that range I'd like to replace my Visa.
