This is my status 'Card Status spend down'.

I was asked a couple of weeks ago to send in a copy of my receipt and the front and backs of the last 2 loads. Like some others here, I was not sure of which 2 cards, so I faxed a few of them.

Many phone calls and another fax of my ID, I was called today to say my card is a spend down status. She said it has been turned into a gift card type of a card. It does not say active.

Activity for Nov. 26 loads @$500 each, similar to the last few months. Mostly all CAs. I have about $5,000 that they have been holding onto and now I have access to it in spend down mode like a gift card.

I have a couple of other cards with them too. Not sure why those have not been shut down, though one of them was in the summer time but ended up with an active status so I started to use it again. I will see if this one stays in 'Spend Down' status or changes to active.
