If someone isn't paying enough attention to notice that they need to push their stuff through, they aren't likely to notice that you pushed it. This just seems paranoid to me. Even in the unlikely case that you get falsely accused, one walk through the WTMD and re-screening of your bag would be sufficient to resolve the matter.
