Go way way back in threads (or the Serve thread) and you'll find that prepaid debits don't work. Plus you'll piss of AMEX even trying. (Some have received warnings for attempting this).

My wife has an MVD in her name, and a BB account instead of Serve. Tried the same thing with hers... tried to add her MVD as a debit card to her BB. Failed.
Ideas?
