My permanent MVD is active. Loaded with $1,500 or so from VRs. Haven't had any problems with it.

Tried to link it to my Serve account with exact same name, address, email. Failed to accept it. Tried mobile app, same result.

My wife has an MVD in her name, and a BB account instead of Serve. Tried the same thing with hers... tried to add her MVD as a debit card to her BB. Failed.

Ideas?
