I don't think I should name the hotel. I don't want to get anybody in trouble. I changed money with two front desk attendants, both of whom seemed to know what to do. It seemed quite routine.
In other hotels I asked where the dolar blue changers were and the front desk knew exactly where to go. They would point it out on my city maps. Very helpful.
