Wonderful - the refund web form is broken!
When I go to fill it out, it asks if I am a passenger on the booking - I say yes and it asks me to identify myself from the list of people on the booking. I fill out the rest of the form, but when I submit it errors out and says I must specify whether I paid for the booking or not. That question is only visible if I say I am not a passenger and fill out my details manually.
So I do that, and then it says I must identify which passenger on the booking I am - which I can only do if I say I am one.
Brilliant.
