Tried to do the reload, no luck, still showing the redeemed error. Called Bluebird and they say there is no record of a second reload and to call inComm. Don't think the agent even tried to look at any support history from yesterday. Seeing some of the recent posts, I called inComm. A friendly agent picked up and listened to my troubles and did mention there were issues with redeeming VRCs. Also mentioned that inComm yesterday shouldn't have tried to put this on Bluebird. He took my information down and made a ticket for the IT folks. He can't do anything further and recommended I call back tomorrow

No progress on my ticket today with the IT folks, was recommended to call back in 48 hours. The agent initially started talking about my document submission, he clearly didn't read any of the ticket notes
