I would think if the other airlines started allowing calls in flight, DL would gain revenue by being the quieter flying experience. It seems more people don't want calls in the cabin than want calls in the cabin. Honestly, text and email are enough contact with the ground during the flight. I don't want people calling me anymore than I want to hear anyone else's conversations.
