I ended up staying here over Thanksgiving weekend and had an overall positive experience. I put together a few key points below that I think others may find useful.
1) If you are using Google Maps, you will never find this hotel. The hotel has only one entrance and it's off the NJ-4W highway. There is no driveway, it's just a a sharp right turn into the hotel. Google Maps will take you on a U-turn to the NJ-4E highway and tell you that your destination is on the left.
2) It's a former Amerisuites property, but nicely renovated. The lobby is a bit small, but there are plenty of tables and booths for the breakfast crowd. There is the usual 4 stool bar next to the front desk, and drinks/snacks for sale.
3) The bathrooms are now renovated. They are still small, but the glass shower (no tub) was clean, with good water pressure. The sink and vanity are outside the bathroom. The toiletries are the usual KenetMD stuff (I don't particularly like it, but that's a personal preference).
4) Bed was excellent. Plenty of pillows, comfortable, and the TV swivels so you can watch TV in bed.
5) HVAC can be loud, which may or may not have drowned out any highway noise as I didn't hear any highway noise (my room faced the highway).
6) Front desk staff was nice, didn't really have much contact with other staff so won't comment on that.
7) Wifi was solid throughout my entire stay.
I would stay here again, but would probably take a room that wasn't facing the highway. The hotel is convenient to the mall (under 5 minute drive, which mostly consists of making the U-turn to the NJ-4E) and many other shops. The hotel may not get much love, but they were jam packed the weekend I was there.
