Flew Brisbane/ Queenstown on Saturday on a Virgin 737, only the first 3 rows are space +.
We were allocated 3 EF and the agent said she would put a courtesy block on 3D for us but it did not happen even though there were only a couple of other seats booked in rows 1 and 2.
I figured they must be held for Virgin and Partner customers just get row 3.
Had a kid kick the back of my seat the whole trip and yell and scream but nothing was done about it.
It was only our second trip on Virgin the other was rubbish as well and will be our last.
The Digiplayer sound was not good either.
