Actually on the menu it sounded more like a selection of sandwiches than afternoon tea. Not particularly interesting so I slept instead. I think it was called "refreshments" on my latest one.

16:20 I think, unless it varies on different days of the week. So it will be 17:00-17:30 before you get to eat.
I'd be more inclined to eat at the QF F lounge and have a bite to eat later in the flight and skip the refreshments.
