As I read the letter it implies that the current 4.5k TP Gold referral benefit ends and in it's place comes the 1 Gold and 2 Silver referrals for all GGLs. The wording is clearly that this is a new GGL benefit. Now this could be down to a proof reading mistake but it looks like more than 10k GGL's will be eligible for this benefit.

Not sure if GGLs hitting 4.5k will get anything to replace the 4.5k benefit otherwise there will be nothing between the 2nd GUF2 at 3.5k and the CCR card at 5k.
It also isn't clear what happens with current outstanding referral rights for Gold Cards (I have one currently waiting for someone's membership year to tick over before I apply it to their account), is it replaced or supplemented by the new referral process. Since Mrs LoM is also a GGL I have no idea what we will do with all these referrals anyway.
