I was checking availability via "make a booking with avios" as the UUA function in MMB wasn't working due to this being a RTW ticket. This is why I could see WTP, CW and F availability.

Edit: Just read your post again. No POUG offers. I read POUG as Award availability in your original post. Sorry.
