If you are too hot you must ask the cabin crew to turn the temperature down.

In the galleys by the main doors the temperature is usually colder than in the cabin. Combine this with the fact they are awake at a strange time in their circadian rhythm, it means they can have the temperature set too high.

However, all it should take is a polite word from a passenger and this should be rectified. Please don't suffer in silence!
