I am writing to inform you of changes to arrival policy at Ngurah Rai International Airport that will take immediate effect today.

Due to government regulations; the Authorities require all Passengers to present themselves to Immigration for passport and visa control with the finger print & photographed.

Once you have completed this process our arrival team will collect your luggage, and then proceed to introduce you to our St Regis Team who will transport you in comfort to the start of a most memorable stay at St Regis Resort Bali.
