Not sure you're right. SFO>BKK might have to fly reduced cargo occasionally in the winter, but otherwise well within range. SEA<>BKK is definitely doable.
At 7500nm ESAD you're looking at a
27-28t payload which gets you the 219 passengers and not much in the belly.
