+1. Tough to say. Like many on here, I've flown hundreds of LH flights in recent years and admittedly my "strategies" or beliefs have morphed over time. Whatever works.

I'm of the the belief now the way sure way to "prevent" jetlag is just book a full day of meetings when I land, or a full night of dinners and drinks when I arrive (and early breakfast and meetings the following day), and keep so busy for the whole trip and when I return I don't really notice jetlag because I'm so damn busy (and tired) anyway.
