My situation is now resolved. I called Incomm a third time today, the woman said she was putting my case in a stack along with a bunch of other similar ones and that they were aware of this as a recurring problem in their system. She said to call in 24 hours if it hadn't been resolved. Just now - about six hours later - I got an email saying the two deposits had posted. The calls were annoying, but probably only 20 mins total of my time. Not terrible.
