Update: I received a call from InComm today who told me that the VR PIN that gave me the error was fixed, and that I could attempt to load again. However, they told me that I would not be able to load it to the same BB, and that I would "have to purchase a new card to load it to". Going to attempt to load to Serve now, so we'll see.

What happens if you only have one mechanism which is the same BB to take VR? This is a totally unacceptable solution for a problem caused by their system glitch.
