tried 5 different cards - MC VS, no luck.
I remember the site used to pop-up a "verified by visa" plug where it had me enter password, now it doesnt.
It does say that its transferring me to my bank site to get one time password for half a second and then proceeds to transaction declined page.
oh well, i guess its broken.

The transactions are handled by VTB24 a state bank which also handles US visa payments and I remember having to cycle through several cards when I needed to make a payment there.

I am pretty sure its VTB fault.
