1. Call Web Support and don't be suckered by terms such as "Premier Desk". Could be anything from reservation out-of-synch to your passport information not stored properly.

2. Unless you are being asked odd questions when checking in at the counter or finding an "SSSS" on your BP or being pulled aside for extra screening, it's unlikely that you're being singled out by any of the watch list folks.
