Additional Notes: on "Database Error" reports.

- This is the first time tech is alerted to "db error" condition
- There have been absolutely 0 alerts of any issue from any internal and external monitoring systems

If possible, at the time when Database Error message is displayed - please "View Source Code" on your browser and copy/paste the output of the error.
