Actually yes. Provided you purchase it in the terminal, SIN is the only airport I've transited that doesn't allow drinks in the gate area or on the aircraft for non-US flights.

Meant to say the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge in T3 and T2. Each time I tried to enter the SATS lounge as a *G, I was turned away and directed to the KFGL.
I wasn't even aware of the TG lounge in T1 before this thread...
