I'm off to LYS in a couple of weeks on the early flight, BA360 at 08:35 and I was wondering what the breakfast offering is like in the international lounge.

By way of full disclosure, I don't eat carbs so I stick to meat and eggs usually which is fine in the flounge but not so good in GC where I just have to steal bacon out of the rolls.

So what is on offer that isn't evil grain based death breads? Any suggestions for somewhere in the terminal that might serve me my required meat more meat and chicken embryos?
