I've got a 4 night stay coming up this weekend and had a few questions:
1) I've tried to get a hold of the concierge via e-mail to book a car service but haven't heard back (albeit only since last week). There is a reservation number on the web site accessible from the US, but the other numbers are all international. Is there any better way of getting in touch with a concierge? I first e-mailed the butler, who passed it along (CC'ed the concierge in his reply), but nothing directly from the concierge

2) Has anyone had any experience with Punta Mita Adventures (http://www.puntamita-adventures.com/)? There is an Outdoor Adventure that seems like fun, only $99, but it seems based on their web site that they are somewhat tied to the Four Seasons.

3) Someone who has a house down in Punta Mita recommended someone named Rudi to me for a boat tour. He said to "look for him" and though I've seen several mentions of him online, I haven't been able to find a recent phone number. Does anyone know who Rudi is and how to get in touch with him? If not, is there someone else who might be recommended for a tour of the Marieta islands?
