Both my parents worked for airlines. My mom quit when she was pregnant with me, but my dad worked there for 37 years.

Back in my childhood, the one thing we always had to remember when non-revving was my dad's employee number. So I swore to myself that I would one day set up an airline and be employee #1. So I did, and that carrier took to the skies in October 2005 (with me as employee #1). Then a few years later, I was approached by another group of investors to help them set up another airline. So I did, and the second carrier took to the skies in September 2012 (with me as employee #1 again!).

So yeah, I've had a few connections with airlines over the years.
