I can't keep track of what countries are present on the various excepted lists (e.g. "San Marino, Japan, Singapore" being the most favored, the 72-hour crowd the next most, then almost all other countries, and the must have visa in all circumstances rounding out the bottom), so when using counterexamples, I try to pick countries that are all most surely out of favor. No offense intended.
